Terms and Conditions

1) £100 deposit to secure booking is non-refundable. Full balance payment is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

2) Note that Cairns Cottage is accessed via a flight of steps and is built over four floors. We would therefore suggest Cairns Cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

3) No pets allowed at Cairns Vista. One well behaved dog is allowed at Cairns Cottage.

4) Check in time at Cairns Cottage is 3pm and check out is 10am on the day of departure.

5) Check in time at Cairns Vista is 4pm and check out if 11am on the day of departure.

6) Bed linen and towels are provided at both properties. Please bring your own beach towels and cot bedding if required.

7) Single-sex parties are not welcome in either property unless by special arrangement with us beforehand.

8) The maximum occupancy at cairns Cottage is five people and nine people at Cairns Vista. No additional overnight guests shod stay at the property and the owners reserve the right to terminate a holiday early should there be more guests than the maximum occupancy.

9) The owners accept no responsibility for personal injury to, or death of, any guests, or loss of or consequential loss or damage to their property, or for other matters over which the owner has no control, except to the extent such personal injury or death is caused by the negligence or wilful default of the Agent.
